Information on the use of Chatchamp without personal data

In the case that no further data is stored in the chat that makes the person identifiable (e.g. email address, name) and thus the time-limited session cookie in the browser is the only information that makes the person identifiable, Chatchamp does not store any personal data in the sense of the GDPR, since an identification of the person is not possible with manageable time and monetary effort. (See GDPR, Recital 26)

Requirements​

• no personal data in chat histories
• no conversion tracking
