Where is the data stored?
All data is securely stored in encrypted databases located within the EU.
Where is the data transferred to?
The data is transferred between the user, Chatchamp, our sub-processors, and our customer. No other party has access to the data. All data transfers are encrypted using SSL.
How long is the data stored?
This is configurable by the customer using our setting "Data Retention Period". Generally we recommend to store our data for 30 days, which is a good trade-off between usability and security concerns.
Do we track the creation, deletion, and the change of access rights of users of our backoffice application?
Yes, we do track all changes regarding users.
Back office application
What is the password complexity that you require for your back office application?
Our passwords are required to have at least 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit and 1 special character.
With which identity providers do you support SSO?
While we currently do not support SSO, we are planning to support SSO with Microsoft within 2024.
