General​

What data is collected?​

What are you using the data for?​

Where is the data stored?​

All data is securely stored in encrypted databases located within the EU.

Where is the data transferred to?​

The data is transferred between the user, Chatchamp, our sub-processors, and our customer. No other party has access to the data. All data transfers are encrypted using SSL.

How long is the data stored?​

This is configurable by the customer using our setting "Data Retention Period". Generally we recommend to store our data for 30 days, which is a good trade-off between usability and security concerns.

Do we track the creation, deletion, and the change of access rights of users of our backoffice application?​

Yes, we do track all changes regarding users.

Back office application​

What is the password complexity that you require for your back office application?​

Our passwords are required to have at least 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit and 1 special character.

With which identity providers do you support SSO?​

While we currently do not support SSO, we are planning to support SSO with Microsoft within 2024.
